Quality Internship

Summary: Keel is seeking a Quality Intern to work closely with the quality and metrology team on assigned projects. The intern will develop methods to review nonconformance report data, determine top issues for machine shops, and implement actions to reduce nonconformances. Responsibilities: - Develop method to review nonconformance report data that is semi-automated - Use nonconformance data to determine top issues for machine shops located in Saginaw and Merrill - Implement actions to reduce the occurrence rate of nonconformances Required Qualifications: - In the process of earning a 4 Year bachelors' degree in Quality, Metrology, or a related field - Analytical, good communication, and cross-functional team skills - Relevant coursework and academic projects, some prior full or part-time employment history - High energy, expeditious, ethical, optimistic/ready to help, and customer focused Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internship experience or employment in a Quality or Manufacturing related field a plus Required Skills: Metrology, Nonconformance data analysis
