Digital Sales Intern

Summary: Justrite Safety Group is a growing family of industrial safety companies dedicated to protecting workers, workplaces, and the environment. The Digital Sales Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs, providing hands-on experience in an industrial safety manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: - Execute a defined capstone project addressing a real business problem or opportunity - Evaluate current targeting strategies, gaps, and opportunities - Analyze existing customer segments - Define a digital sales process that enables broader customer coverage - Research and evaluate tools and data sources - Support the development of digital demand content - Participate in Intern Week, professional development sessions, and networking events - Present final project outcomes and recommendations during Capstone Presentations to leadership Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field - Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Curiosity, initiative, and interest in industrial manufacturing or safety solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools a plus Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) Required Skills: Sales, Marketing, Analytical skills Important Skills: Microsoft Office, CRM tools Nice-to-Have Skills: Curiosity
