The role:
As a Business Support Administrator, you will help drive our goals by:
Your responsibilities:
Preparation of documentation and reports for the management team and providing support to the senior management team in ENR.
Completing QA audits to agreed schedule.
Ordering items for the department
Any other administrative tasks required to support the Production Coordinator, Team Leaders and Senior Management
Provide training to Team members when required on different PC packages
Chair meetings, take minutes and attend meetings when required
Requirements for the role:
Good level of both written and verbal English would be required to ensure a high quality of recording and following of procedures can be followed
Experience in an administration role
Good IT and communication skills
Knowledge of a variety of different PC Packages including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) SAP
Good attention to detail and the ability to record accurate information
