Job Description
Summary: Joe & The Juice is a global, people-centric food and beverage brand founded in Copenhagen in 2002. They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Administrator to support their New York Office, playing a critical role in maintaining day-to-day office operations and enhancing the company’s unique culture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure an organized and well running workspace
- Manage access control and badging for employees and visitors, maintaining security compliance
- Coordinate office moves, seating plans, and workspace assignments
- Support facilities needs, including maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and COI (Certificates of Insurance) management
- Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests and serving as the first point of contact
- Plan and coordinate office events such as celebrations, meetings and lunches
- Prepare and support meeting logistics, including room setup, catering, and AV coordination
- Manage conference room scheduling and ensure all meeting spaces are equipped and well-maintained
- Play a key role in shaping and enhancing the office culture by fostering an engaging, inclusive, and positive environment
Required Qualifications:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for employees and guests
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Comfortable managing vendors, facilities requests, and workplace logistics
- Strong time management skills and the ability to stay flexible as priorities shift
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for fostering a strong office culture
- Ability to be on-site five days a week in a dynamic, in-office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or office activities is preferred
