Job Description: HSE Executive (2 position)
Position Title: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Executive
Department: Work Dynamics - Facilities Management
Qualification: Advance Diploma or Fire Safety Diploma (ISO certification 45000, 14000)
Experience Required: 3-5 years
Role Purpose
The HSE Executive will support the implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental programs at assigned JLL sites. This role focuses on day-to-day HSE operations, ensuring compliance with JLL and client standards, conducting inspections and audits, and promoting safe working practices among employees and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Operational HSE Management
Support implementation of JLL and client HSE management systems and standards at site level
Conduct routine HSE inspections, audits, and workplace assessments
Assist in developing and updating site-specific risk assessments and method statements
Monitor contractor and vendor compliance with HSE requirements
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and registers in accordance with legal and client requirements
Support incident and accident investigations, documenting findings and corrective actions
Training & Communication
Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks to employees and contractors
Support development and delivery of HSE training programs
Implement site-level HSE communication plans and awareness campaigns
Promote positive HSE culture through engagement and visible leadership
Compliance & Reporting
Monitor compliance with current HSE legislation and inform management of changes
Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and management information
Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections
Track and report HSE performance metrics and KPIs
Continuous Improvement
Identify HSE improvement opportunities and support implementation of practical solutions
Participate in HSE committees and working groups
Support implementation of HSE technology platforms and data management tools
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HSE roles within facilities management, real estate, or related industries
Working knowledge of HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 desirable)
Understanding of HSE regulatory requirements in India
Experience conducting HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Practical experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis
Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills with ability to engage across all organizational levels
Proactive, energetic approach to safety management with demonstrated initiative
Ability to work independently and resolve issues on own initiative
Good organizational skills with ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prepare reports and management information
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Team player with collaborative approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, ADIS.
Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) – Not Mandatory
Internal audit certification as per ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
Experience working with multinational corporate clients,
Exposure to HSE technology platforms and digital tools
