About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Customer Development & Performance Achievement – Responsible for developing large and medium-sized enterprise clients, including Fortune Global 500 companies, large, listed companies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and centrally-administered SOEs; executing sales plans, meeting performance and client acquisition targets, and expanding sales business.
Proposal Formulating & Execution – Signing contracts with large and medium-sized enterprise clients; preparing and executing sales and service proposals; providing integrated, packaged solutions to satisfy client procurement needs.
Business Opportunity Mining & Operations Maintenance – Extracting new business opportunities; leading and assisting in the operations and maintenance of signed clients; implementing optimization measures, building marketing and application scenarios, and enhancing customer experience.
Information Feedback & Communication – Understanding market and client needs; feeding back industry-related insights; strengthening coordination with internal operations and commercial teams; managing client online purchasing, payment collection, and after-sales service.
Payment Collection & Relationship Maintenance – Managing accounts receivable and payment collections for credit-period clients; providing regular after-sales service; continuously strengthening client relationships to improve customer satisfaction and stickiness.
