Job Description
Summary: Jabil Inc. is a trusted partner for top brands, providing engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions. They are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to support core HR operations, focusing on auditing, process improvement, and administrative tasks within a regulated medical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and generating reports
- Conduct audits, including reviewing timekeeping and attendance records to identify trends, discrepancies, or gaps
- Document findings and prepare summary reports and recommendations for the HR Manager
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives such as training support, process improvement, and employee engagement activities
- Conduct research on HR best practices and compliance requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize findings and present recommendations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience in HR is a plus but not required
