Job Description
Summary: ITILITE is a rapidly growing company that has seen significant revenue growth and is looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative. The role involves identifying potential prospects, conducting outbound prospecting, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team while collaborating with marketing to enhance lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential prospects
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Maximum 2 years of full-time experience (this role should be your gateway, not your destination!)
- Experience in people-facing roles (anything from bartending to sales qualifies!)
- Track record of being a high achiever (competitive sports, activities, etc.)
- Hunger to overachieve and thrive in a performance-driven culture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling tech products
- Startup exposure
