Associate Attorney

Summary: Interstaff LLC is a California Plaintiffs law firm dedicated to fighting for fairness and protecting everyday people. They are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney who will manage their own caseload and collaborate with a supportive team to litigate meaningful cases. Responsibilities: - Managing your own caseload of active litigation matters - Conducting discovery, drafting pleadings, motions, and trial documents - Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions - Negotiating settlements and advocating for client interests - Providing clear communication and legal guidance throughout each case - Staying current on California civil, employment, and consumer laws Required Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school - Active California Bar license or Awaiting Results - Excellent writing, research, and negotiation skills - Confidence managing cases independently while collaborating with a team - A results-driven mindset and genuine passion for advocacy Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in litigation in the following areas is preferred but not required: Employment Law, Personal Injury, Landlord-Tenant, Property Damage, or Lemon Law Required Skills: California Bar license, Litigation, Employment Law, Personal Injury, Landlord-Tenant Law, Property Damage, California Lemon Law, Legal Writing, Legal Research, Trial Documents, Settlement Negotiation Benefits: 401(k) plan and additional firm benefits
