JOB SUMMARY
The Senior HR Generalist provides comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This job description represents the combined responsibilities of two Senior HR Generalists who will partner to deliver high-quality HR operations, internal recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and US payroll. Together, they will ensure consistent, accurate, and strategic HR service delivery that supports employees, managers, and organizational goals. This role provides advanced HR support, drives process improvements, administer leave programs, and supports strategic HR initiatives that shape the employee experience. This role requires strong judgment, a high level of autonomy, and the ability to influence outcomes while maintaining exceptional service delivery.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, promotions, internal mobility, and employee record maintenance.
- Coordinate role changes, promotions, lateral/internal moves, and department transfers from initiation through completion
- Responsible for maintaining employee data integrity across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
- Prepare, audit, and process US biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy of wages, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
- Maintain all state payroll tax requirements, including registrations, rate updates, filings, and timely remittance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs; maintain documentation and communication with employees and managers.
- Provide employee relations support including performance guidance, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Deliver HR service support by responding to employee and manager inquiries, managing the shared HR inbox, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, I‑9/E‑Verify requirements, and internal controls.
- Coordinate offboarding including exit interviews, documentation, and unemployment claim management.
- Support audits and reporting through accurate documentation and data maintenance.
- Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance documentation, and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in HR projects and perform additional HR duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field; HR certification (PHR, SHRM‑CP, etc.) a plus.
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience supporting multiple HR functions.
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, and Excel (intermediate to advanced); OneNote and PowerPoint a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle hands‑on, day‑to‑day HR tasks with strong judgment, accountability, and problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and the highest level of integrity.
- Experience supporting recruiting operations or internal mobility programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
PREFERENCES
- Experience with payroll administration or HRIS administration; UKG experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting a global workforce across multiple time zones.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a willingness to challenge convention to create innovative HR solutions.
- Strong independent decision-making and complex problem-solving capabilities.
