Where You Will Make a Difference Within the Consumer Insights Body Care team, you will provide valuable support on strategic initiatives for various clients: Participate in internal meetings to gather needs, identify key challenges, and synthesize research requests Support the set-up of projects (internal and external tests, etc.) Ensure operational execution (sample preparation, shipment, consumer recruitment) Plan, organize, and monitor fieldwork activities Collect data and ensure quality control Analyze data and contribute to building study reports Support the sharing of results and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams What Makes You a Great Fit Master’s degree student in Consumer Research, Marketing Research, or a related field Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills (descriptive, parametric & non-parametric analysis, multifactorial analysis, regression modeling, etc.) Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and well-organized Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills How You Stand Out Knowledge of or experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or sensory research industry Familiarity with online research tools and/or programming skills Curious mindset with a strong analytical approach Why Join Us Join a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition Work in a dynamic, international, and innovation-driven environment Develop expertise in consumer insights, data analysis, and project management Collaborate with passionate experts in a leading innovation center We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
