Job Description
Summary: InstallNet is a company that values integrity and exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety while building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from quote through closeout as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Develop competitive, well-reasoned budgets and win projects through direct customer conversations
- Coordinate vendors, logistics, and field execution to deliver on-time, on-budget projects
- Provide planning calls, daily updates, and timely issue resolution to maintain customer trust
- Ensure every project meets our standards for safety, quality, and professionalism
- Travel to job sites and customer locations to support projects and build industry knowledge
- Ramp up with a structured plan and direct support from your Team Lead
- Maintain assigned and new customer project opportunities
- Maintain 24-hour quote turnaround times
- Achieve positive customer NPS scores
- Build lasting relationships with assigned accounts

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of project management or related field experience
- Comfort with 20-30% travel to job sites and customer locations both locally and nationally
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who leads with solutions, communicates with clarity and confidence
- You treat accountability as a strength and take ownership of outcomes
- A track record of building trusted relationships and delivering results
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management or related field experience
- Bonus: PMP or CAPM certification (we'll support your path to obtain either with $500 education reimbursement)
