Job Description
Summary: Insperity is seeking dedicated Patient Coordinators to join its client, a leader in value-based incontinence care. In this role, you will enhance patient well-being by providing personalized support and ensuring seamless care coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to referrals, verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility, and assess the organization’s ability to meet patient needs
- Obtain and track required physician documentation and secure insurance authorizations per policy
- Engage with patients/caregivers to determine supply needs; communicate with referral sources regarding case status and alternative resources
- Document all communications, process updates in the system, and ensure timely delivery setup
- Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, support quality standards, and follow company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Must type at least 45 WPM
- Possess basic computer skills
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets)
- Ability to learn proprietary systems quickly
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to read and interpret professional documents and draft reports
- Proficient in Spanish
