Job Description
Summary: Innovid is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Intern to contribute to the department’s operational maturity by formalizing and expanding technical documentation. The intern will focus on building a library of SOPs, leading the User Access Review process, and participating in IT meetings to support automation projects and AI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Standardize Institutional Knowledge: Partner with senior IT staff to document complex workflows, creating a robust library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and "How-To" guides for the Global Support team
- Strengthen Security Compliance: Lead the User Access Review (UAR) process by auditing account permissions across various platforms to ensure we maintain a "least-privilege" security posture
- Optimize Help Desk Operations: Build out troubleshooting documentation that empowers the help desk to resolve issues faster and with higher consistency
- Enable Innovation: By managing essential governance and administrative tasks, you will provide the team the bandwidth to focus on high-impact AI initiatives and IT automation projects
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact with various departments to understand their technical needs and ensure documentation reflects the current user experience
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
- An ability to take complex technical processes and translate them into clear, concise, and easy-to-follow documentation
- A basic understanding of identity management, user permissions, and why compliance matters in a corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage data-heavy tasks (like access audits) with high accuracy
- An interest in how IT operations evolve through automation and a desire to learn about modern AI implementation in a business setting
- Comfortable reaching out to stakeholders across the company to verify access or gather information for SOPs
