Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and product-related issues. Provide prompt and accurate support via phone and email Responsible for working closely with product team achieving both company sales target. To handle customers’ inquiry including License quotation, order processing and order cancellation etc. Backup for Product Manager To perform other related administrative duties Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or product-related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with attention to details Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
