Customer Service Representative

Summary: INFICON is a leading provider of innovative instrumentation and technologies, and they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves providing support to customers, generating quotes, processing sales orders, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: - Provide Customer Service support to our customers and sales force via phone calls, emails, etc - Generate quotes, process orders and provide order status to customers - Interact with internal / external customers to provide information response to inquiries about products and services - Resolve customer complaints - escalate to Supervisor or additional departments when appropriate - Handle and resolve questions / concerns including ERP related errors - Manage, maintain and update customer accounts - Perform other customer service and sales related tasks as assigned by management Required Qualifications: - Customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred - Self-starter capable of working with minimum supervision - Extremely thorough organizational and planning skills - Strong knowledge of customer service and establishing contacts - Ability to handle numerous projects at one time - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to develop close professional relationships - Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Some ERP experience (SAP experience a plus) Required Skills: Customer service experience, ERP experience Important Skills: Office computer skills Benefits: Profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%, Flexible work hours, Health and wellness programs, Competitive compensation, Relocation assistance, Discretionary bonus, Major medical, Dental, Health, Vision, 401K, Vacation and sick time, Tuition reimbursement
