As a Workforce Management Professional: Staffing, you will be responsible for assessing demand, identifying candidates, and optimizing deployment to fulfill project needs. You will serve as a single point of responsibility for the duration of assigned engagements, ensuring seamless delivery of staffing solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Assess Demand and Identify Candidates: Analyze project requirements to determine staffing needs, identify suitable candidates, and match supply and demand to ensure efficient deployment. • Manage Assignments and Deployment: Oversee the assignment and deployment of resources, ensuring proper tagging, filling, and closure of seats, and maintaining accurate staffing plans and project on-boarding/off-boarding records. • Analyze Measurements and Metrics: Examine data to provide quantitative insights into the effectiveness, quality, and productivity of staffing solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing processes accordingly. • Provide Policy Guidance: Offer advice and counsel to HR Partners and management on the application of IBM's policies and procedures, including vendor relations, privacy, and separation. • Collaborate with Matrix Organizations: Partner with various teams, such as legal, medical, security, and finance, to address significant issues and ensure compliance with IBM's policies and procedures. • Exposure to Staffing Processes: Familiarity with assessing demand, identifying candidates, and matching supply and demand to fulfill project needs, with an understanding of delivery skills and sourcing channels. • Knowledge of IBM Policies: Understanding of IBM's policies and procedures, including vendor relations, privacy, separation, and System Usage and Solicitation, with the ability to provide guidance on their application. • Experience with Data Analysis: Exposure to analyzing measurements and metrics data to provide quantitative insights into the effectiveness, quality, and productivity of staffing solutions. • Familiarity with CLAIM System: Basic understanding of the Common Labor Information Management System (CLAIM) and its application in staffing processes. • Experience with Collaboration: Exposure to collaborating with matrix organizations, including legal, medical, security, and finance, to address significant issues and ensure compliance with IBM's policies and procedures. • Data Analysis Techniques: Exposure to analyzing measurements and metrics data to provide quantitative insights into the effectiveness, quality, and productivity of staffing solutions, including data inspection, trend analysis, and results interpretation. • CLAIM System Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Common Labor Information Management System (CLAIM) and its application in staffing processes, including data management and reporting. • Negotiation and Organization: Exposure to negotiation and organization techniques, including conflict resolution and partnering with multiple stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
