As a Capacity Management Professional in Workforce Management, you will match Cross-BL resource demand and supply to create optimized resource plans. You will obtain agreement from key stakeholders and ensure business plans are interlocked. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Resource Plans: Create resource recommendations based on an optimized resource plan, taking into account Cross-BL resource demand and supply. • Obtain Stakeholder Agreement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to obtain agreement on resource plans and ensure business plans are aligned. • Interlock Business Plans: Ensure that business plans are interlocked and aligned with the overall resource strategy. • Optimize Resource Utilization: Analyze and optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient use of resources across the organization. • Provide Recommendations: Provide recommendations to stakeholders on resource allocation and utilization to support business objectives. **RESOURCE MUST BE A RESIDENT OF CANADA AND ELIGIBLE TO HOLD CANADIAN SECURITY CLEARANCE (Minimum Reliability)** Requirement: Resource must be close proximity to Halifax CIC Experience developing and maintaining demand forecasts and capacity management strategies. Experience developing and implementing succession plans and backup strategies. Experience designing and deploying resource optimization strategies. Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and using data to identify future skill needs and defining learning paths and strategies. • Resource Planning Expertise: Experience with developing resource plans that balance Cross-BL resource demand and supply to create optimized resource allocations. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with key stakeholders to obtain agreement on resource plans and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Business Plan Alignment: Experience with ensuring business plans are interlocked and aligned with the overall resource strategy. • Resource Utilization Analysis: Experience analyzing and optimizing resource utilization to ensure efficient use of resources across the organization. • Strategic Recommendation Development: Experience with providing recommendations to stakeholders on resource allocation and utilization to support business objectives. **Bilingual - Speaks French & English** • Advanced Resource Planning Tools: Experience with utilizing advanced resource planning tools to optimize resource allocation and utilization. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different functions to align business plans and resource strategies. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience with analyzing data to inform resource planning decisions and drive business outcomes.
