Summary: IBM is seeking passionate and driven interns to join their Software Support team as Technical Support Engineers. In this role, interns will gain hands-on experience in resolving client product issues, optimizing product usage, and contributing to client success through collaboration with various teams. Responsibilities: - Drive resolution of client product issues by collaborating with global support and engineering teams across IBM Software and Cloud - Analyze diagnostics, help optimize product usage and recommend solutions for customers to get the most out of their partnership with IBM - Create and update knowledge base articles to share insights - Educate clients on product usage and best practices - Work with Engineering and Product teams to improve IBM solutions - Participate in proactive support activities such as upgrade planning and product adoption Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field - Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction - Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems - Basic understanding of troubleshooting and problem resolution - Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Experience within customer service teams - Exposure to programming languages like Java, Python, etc - Understanding of software development concepts and system integration Required Skills: Computer Science degree, Windows/Linux proficiency, Troubleshooting skills Important Skills: Programming languages, Customer service experience Nice-to-Have Skills: Software development concepts, Fluent in English, communication Internship Start Date: Start in 2026
