As an Application Architect specializing in AWS Cloud, you will analyze and translate IT requirements into components of a modernized solution using modernization frameworks. You will leverage your expertise in legacy asset analysis, code restructuring, and refactoring to drive business logic extraction into executable business rules. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Modernized Solutions: Analyze and translate IT requirements into components of a modernized solution using modernization frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with legacy platforms and cloud environments. • Lead Code Restructuring: Apply expertise in code restructuring, refactoring, and conversion to drive business logic extraction into executable business rules, enhancing the efficiency of Systems of Engagement. • Develop Cloud Applications: Collaborate with Delivery/Engagement teams to develop and test applications in cloud environments, leveraging knowledge of AWS ECS, AWS Lambda function, Elastic Cache, and S3 objects. • Enhance Digital Assets: Reuse and enhance Digital modernization assets, methods, and collateral to drive innovation and transformation in application architecture. • Drive Service Exposure: Design and implement integration and service exposure mechanisms to interface components for reuse by Systems of Engagement. • Preferred 20+ years of experience. • Legacy Asset Analysis Expertise: Deep expertise in analyzing and understanding legacy platforms, including code restructuring, refactoring, and conversion to drive business logic extraction into executable business rules. • Cloud Environment Development Experience: Experience with developing and testing applications in cloud environments, specifically with AWS ECS, AWS Lambda function, Elastic Cache, and S3 objects. • Modernization Frameworks Knowledge: Deep understanding of modernization frameworks to analyze and translate IT requirements into components of a modernized solution. • Integration and Service Exposure Expertise: Experience with designing and implementing integration and service exposure mechanisms to interface components for reuse by Systems of Engagement. • Digital Modernization Asset Enhancement Experience: Experience with reusing and enhancing Digital modernization assets, methods, and collateral to drive innovation and transformation in application architecture. • Legacy Platform Familiarity: Deep expertise in one or more legacy platforms, including knowledge of integration and service exposure mechanisms to interface components for reuse by Systems of Engagement. • Cloud Development Knowledge: Familiarity with development and testing of applications in cloud environments, specifically with AWS ECS, AWS Lambda function, Elastic Cache, and S3 objects. • Digital Asset Enhancement: Experience with reusing and enhancing Digital modernization assets, methods, and collateral to drive innovation and transformation in application architecture.
