Successful completion of a 2026 IBM Co-op or Internship • Exposure to Service Design: Familiarity with designing end-to-end experiences that meet user needs across multiple touchpoints and over time. • Knowledge of Co-Creation Methods: Exposure to methods and techniques for collaborating with users and stakeholders to co-create design solutions. • Familiarity with Design Systems: Understanding of how to create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and coherence across products and services.
