As a Delivery Manager in Finance & Administration, you will play a key role in leading critical business operations that support client performance and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a leader with strong experience in financial operations, shared services, or BPO environments, who can manage complex processes, engage senior stakeholders, and lead teams with clarity, discipline, and purpose. You will work in a global environment where strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership maturity are essential to deliver value and drive transformation. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading Finance & Administration operations across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes, ensuring service delivery excellence, operational discipline, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement. You will manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, oversee day-to-day delivery performance, monitor key operational indicators, and ensure compliance with agreed service levels, controls, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, financial process knowledge, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced, and client-facing environment. Advanced or fluent English level, with the ability to lead meetings, manage client conversations, present results, and handle escalations in English. Proven experience in Delivery Management, Operations Management, Finance Operations, Shared Services, BPO, or similar leadership roles. Experience leading teams in finance-related processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, collections, accounts payable, accounting operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, or related areas. Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and acting as a primary point of contact for operational matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or workflow management tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, Power BI, process mining, automation tools, or workflow platforms. Experience managing transformation initiatives, process standardization, automation, migrations, or productivity projects. Familiarity with audit requirements, internal controls, compliance, and financial governance. Experience working with regional or global stakeholders.
