As a Business Transformation Consultant in Manufacturing, you will guide clients through the implementation of Industry 4.0 strategies, leveraging AI and IoT technologies to enhance productivity and accelerate digital transformation. You will utilize your expertise in core consulting skills and industry-specific knowledge to analyze client data and formulate solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Analyze Client Data: Utilize core consulting skills and industry-specific knowledge to analyze client data, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions to determine the best solutions for manufacturing operations. • Implement Industry 4.0 Strategies: Guide clients through the implementation of Industry 4.0 strategies, leveraging AI and IoT technologies to enhance productivity and accelerate digital transformation. • Stay Updated on Emerging Technologies: Remain current on the latest AI, IoT, and Watson assets and solutions, ensuring successful application and integration of these emerging technologies in manufacturing operations. • Deliver Digital Solutions: Focus on delivering cloud-based digital floor solutions, machine learning, and data-driven insights to improve throughput, yield, and production process optimization. • Exposure to Industry 4.0 Strategies: Familiarity with guiding clients through the implementation of Industry 4.0 strategies, leveraging AI and IoT technologies to enhance productivity and accelerate digital transformation. • Core Consulting Skills: Experience working with core consulting skills and industry-specific knowledge to analyze client data, formulate hypotheses, and test conclusions to determine the best solutions for manufacturing operations. • Emerging Technologies Knowledge: Exposure to the latest AI, IoT, and Watson assets and solutions, with an understanding of their successful application and integration in manufacturing operations. • Cloud-Based Digital Solutions: Familiarity with delivering cloud-based digital floor solutions, machine learning, and data-driven insights to improve throughput, yield, and production process optimization. • Data Analysis: Experience working with client data to formulate hypotheses, test conclusions, and determine the best solutions for manufacturing operations. • Advanced Data Analysis Tools: Exposure to specialized data analysis software and tools used in manufacturing operations, such as those utilizing machine learning and data-driven insights. • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest developments and advancements in the manufacturing industry, including trends and innovations related to Industry 4.0 strategies. • AI and IoT Solutions: Experience working with AI and IoT technologies, including cloud-based digital floor solutions, to enhance productivity and accelerate digital transformation in manufacturing settings.
