As a Business Transformation Consultant in IBM Customer Care, you will specialize in defining a client's Cognitive Computing strategy and determining the Business Analytics value proposition. You will design and develop the business architecture of Cognitive Solutions, focusing on business functional requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include: Define Client Strategy: Define a client's Cognitive Computing strategy, determining the Business Analytics value proposition and developing the business architecture of Cognitive Solutions, focusing on business functional requirements. Develop Operational Scenarios: Translate client needs into analytics and technical specifications for implementing IBM Cognitive Computing solutions, defining operational scenarios and ensuring proper alignment of business requirements with solution requirements. Lead Solution Development: Design and develop cognitive solutions using primarily Watson Assistant and Watson Discovery, filtering and selecting structured data and unstructured content for input into a cognitive system. Establish Governance: Establish the ground truth for cognitive engagement systems, defining metrics and governing solution processes to align with operational activities. Drive Client Engagement: Work with clients using a methodology to ensure proper alignment of business requirements with solution requirements, developing use cases for cognitive applications independently or in consultation with the client. Deep Understanding of Industry: Deep expertise in an industry or domain area, enabling development of use cases for cognitive applications independently or in consultation with the client. Cognitive Computing Strategy: Experience with defining Cognitive Computing strategies and determining Business Analytics value propositions for clients. Technical Solution Development: Experience with designing and developing cognitive solutions using primarily Watson Assistant and Watson Discovery. Data Filtering and Selection: Experience with filtering and selecting structured data and unstructured content for input into a cognitive system. Governance Establishment: Experience with establishing the ground truth for cognitive engagement systems, defining metrics, and governing solution processes to align with operational activities. Deep Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in an adjacent industry or domain area, enabling development of use cases for cognitive applications independently or in consultation with the client, is beneficial. Additional Cognitive Computing Platforms: Experience with designing and developing cognitive solutions using platforms beyond Watson Assistant and Watson Discovery is advantageous. Advanced Data Analysis: Familiarity with advanced data analysis techniques for filtering and selecting structured data and unstructured content for input into a cognitive system is desirable.
