Fall 2026 Internship - Recruitment Intern

Summary: Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT) is looking for a Recruitment Intern to assist in various HR functions. The role involves posting job ads, managing applicant tracking systems, and conducting interviews to help recruit new interns and manage the hiring process. Responsibilities: - Post new job ads - Manage applicant tracking system - Screen and organize applicants - Prospect and recruit new intern applicants - Schedule and conduct phone interviews - Send and manage Credit Validation Emails - Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process - Manage the acceptance process - Prepare and send contracts to hired candidates - Create and manage PandaDoc templates and HR packets - Register for, schedule, and attend job fairs - Manage social media content for recruitment purposes - Schedule meetings with advisors and schools - Conduct outreach to new schools on Social Media Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a degree in Business/Sports Management or other related fields - Must receive at least one (1) credit for the onsite experience from an accredited College/University - Must be within good standing of your College/University Required Skills: Applicant Tracking System, Recruitment, Interviewing, Contract Management, Social Media Management, Event Management, Networking Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Fall Benefits: College Credit for getting hands on, once in a lifetime educational experience, Employee discounts on most major golf equipment and apparel (Generally 30-50% off retail), Hands on experience and to learn every aspect of tournament operations, retail marketing, and video productions, Resume building workshops, Classroom sessions with HJGT employees to assist with career planning, Recommendation letters from full time employees, Networking events
