Client Coordinator, Employee Benefits & Retirement
Location: Brantford, ON
About The Role
HUB International is looking for a dynamic Client Coordinator to provide high level administrative support to the EB&R Practice in our Toronto HUB International Office. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced corporate team environment and take pride in customer excellence, then this may be a role for you. Superior time-management, organizational and follow-up skills are essential for this position supporting a Senior Consultant and Account Manager in day-to-day operations. This role is a 25 hour per week role, working Monday-Friday.
What You’ll Do
Generate quotes through Insurance carrier portals
Prepare plan comparisons
Gathers data and assists with the preparation of marketing documents
Prepares cover letters
Support Sr Consultant and Account Manager with service requests
Follow up and review receivables
Monitor General Inbox and make intake calls
Maintain electronic files and create new client profiles
Client billing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success
Post Secondary Education
Minimum 2 years’ administrative support experience
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Ability to learn new systems, i.e. Epic broker management system
Strong organizational, time and client management skills
Effective communication skills: verbal and written
Strong team player
Proactive and customer-focused approach
Strong initiative and follow-up skills

The expected hourly range for this position is $20 to $23 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
