Job Description
Summary: Horizon Payments is an award-winning company on a mission to transform the payment processing industry. They are seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to engage with business owners, build relationships, and present payment solutions that help businesses thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Engage business owners through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Present who we are and demonstrate how our payment solutions can help their business thrive
- Conduct in-person visits to local businesses to build trust and establish relationships
- Use CRM tools to track progress, manage prospects, and maximize efficiency
- With the support of internal staff, sign and close new deals, and guide clients through the onboarding process
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to identify and qualify potential clients
- Self-confidence with the ability to present company solutions/services
- Conflict management skills to be able to handle disagreements and objections professionally
- Communication skills with the ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers
Required Skills: B2B relationship building, Client qualification
Important Skills: CRM tools proficiency
