Account Manager

Summary: Hole in the Roof Marketing is seeking an Account Manager to join their sales team. The role involves executing customer orders, communicating with clients, and collaborating with creative and production teams to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers regarding their orders - Create custom pricing for apparel & promotional items - Facilitate and schedule projects with creative & production teams - Execute custom orders on strict timelines - Research new trends and fashions to serve our customers - Guide the customer to a good product choices Required Qualifications: - Supportive attitude - Creative - Sense of urgency - Detail-oriented, organized, and great at time management - Teachable and adaptable - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Outlook & Excel) - Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Educational Institution - At least one (1) year experience in a customer service role Required Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Supportive attitude, Teachable Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance
