Job Description
Summary: HEXA Containment is a company focused on innovation and customer service in the environmental protection sector. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound inquiries, build relationships, and close deals while developing product knowledge and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Close Deals : Manage inbound inquiries, open quotes, field opportunities, and upsells
- Build Relationships : Create lasting connections that lead to repeat business
- Solve Fast: Identify the need, deliver the solution
- Own the Process: From Quote to delivery
- Master Your Craft: Develop product knowledge, sales skills, and market expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Communication skills: You build trust connect easily with people
- Tech Comfort. Confident in learning new CRM systems and tools
- Organization: You can manage multiple deals, deadlines and priorities
- Problem Solving Mindset. Obstacles motivate you
- Bachelor's Degree: Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales or customer experience: A plus- but if you have the drive, we teach the rest
- Spanish skills? That's a bonus
