Digital Sales Operations Intern (2026 Semester 2) - Generation H

Summary: Hermès is a renowned luxury brand dedicated to craftsmanship and sustainability. They are seeking a Digital Sales Operations Intern to support digital campaigns, manage product information, and assist with inventory management for sales campaigns. Responsibilities: - Support with the overall execution of digital campaigns for internal sales - Assist with digital catalog management: Reviewing, modifying, supplementing, and generating product information (descriptions, imagery, categorization, etc.) - Design digital communication materials such as newsletters, instruction manuals, and company learning documents - Participate in allocations & overall inventory management for sales campaigns - Collaborate with the Business Manager on ad hoc campaign preparation requests and other exceptional sales projects as needed - Organize campaign-related data & files for easy reconciliation Required Qualifications: - Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree program - Interest in e-commerce, digital operations, and/or sustainability - Proactive, self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to deliver results - Creative problem-solver with strong communication and digital skills - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Preferred Qualifications: - Luxury brand experience is an advantage - Excel, PowerPoint and Canva expertise preferred - French language skills strongly preferred, but not required Required Skills: Digital campaign execution, Digital catalog management, Product information management, Digital communication design, Inventory management, Sales forecasting, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Proactive initiative, Analytical thinking, French language Internship Start Date: Start in 2026
