Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in the ER according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Assess patient conditions, implement care plans, monitor outcomes, and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor for adverse reactions, and document responses.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines.
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to prioritize care and ensure patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team; participate in discharge planning and patient education.

Requirements
