Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to address patient goals per the established plan of care.
• Assist with therapeutic activities, including ROM assessment, strength, gait training, balance, and functional mobility.
• Monitor patient responses during sessions, document progress, and communicate concerns to the supervising PT.
• Prepare and maintain treatment spaces and equipment, ensure safety and infection control, and support patient precautions.
• Document treatment sessions and patient status in the medical record per policy while safeguarding privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective patient care and care transitions.

Requirements

• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekend rotations.
• Availability for an eight-week travel assignment.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to support patient care and coordination with the supervising therapist.
