Field Recruiter

Summary: Harvest Landscape Enterprises is seeking a motivated and proactive Field Recruiter to support their hiring efforts in the landscaping industry. This role involves conducting in-person recruitment, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Responsibilities: - Conduct in-person recruitment in the field, including job sites, community locations, and events - Source, screen, and interview candidates for landscaping positions - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs - Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process - Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding - Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and recruitment progress Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in landscaping - Bilingual: Spanish and English - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications: - Previous recruiting or hiring experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Comfortable working outdoors and traveling locally Required Skills: Landscaping experience, Recruiting, Bilingual Spanish, English
