Bottle Water & Bottleless Water System Sales Professional (Hunter Role)

Summary: Hall's Culligan Water is seeking an outgoing and driven Bottled Water & Bottleless Water System Sales Professional to join their team in Nashville. This role focuses on driving sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, requiring a strong hunter mentality and excellent customer relationship management skills. Responsibilities: - Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in your territory - Door-to-door prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referral generation - Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline - Understand customer needs, pain points, and current water setup - Present tailored solutions including bottled water and Bottleless Water Systems - Demonstrate value through efficiency, safety, and employee wellness benefits - Confidently present pricing and proposals - Overcome objections and negotiate effectively - Close deals and exceed sales targets - Build and maintain long-term relationships - Generate referrals and repeat business - Deliver exceptional customer experience - Stay sharp on local competition and industry trends - Identify new verticals and growth opportunities - Master Culligan’s bottled water and Bottleless Water System solutions - Stay current on new products and innovations - Maintain accurate and detailed records with appropriate pictures attached - Practice safe driver policies at all times - Keep a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace - Maintain customer confidentiality and proper incident reporting procedures Required Qualifications: - Valid Driver License - If driving a company vehicle, must be able to successfully pass a driving record check according to company's auto liability insurance requirements and must remain insurable under those requirements - Must be able to drive a vehicle for 6 hours per day - Demonstrates competency in computer and tablet use - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to self-direct activities and manage time to ensure productivity - Must be able to successfully pass criminal background and drug screening checks per company requirements - Must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis (locations with bottled water) Required Skills: Driving, Computer proficiency, Tablet proficiency, Hunter mentality, Results-driven mindset, Resilience, Professional presence, Self-direction Benefits: Paid time off (PTO) at a generous accrual rate., Full benefits package, including a 401k with company match, Opportunity to utilize Culligan equipment in your home free of charge!
