About the role
SAP Fieldglass isHaleon’sglobal solution forExternalWorkforce andServicesProcurement management, enabling the business to efficiently manage contingent labor, service providers, and external workforce spend. The platform integrates with core HR and procurement systems, supporting end-to-end processes from job requisition to onboarding, time tracking, and offboarding.
As the ProductExpertfor SAP Fieldglass withinDigital & Technology, you willbe responsible fordefining, implementing, andoptimizingour external workforce management solutions across Haleon, in line with the priorities of our business teams and to maximize value for money over the lifecycle of theproduct.
In support of aSOx-relevant(Sarbanes-OxleyAct)application, thisroleisalsopivotal in ensuringwecomply withSOxrequirements by embedding robust control frameworks into product operations– this may spandesigning and implementing controls to overseeing training, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. ThisSOxCompliance ensures ourfinancial reporting applications are secure, reliable, and auditable - minimising risk and supporting regulatory integrity.You will joinourCorporate ApplicationsTechnology team, reporting directly to the Product Manager for Procurement Tech.
Role Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
Develop andmaintaina product roadmap that reflects business priorities, regulatory requirements, and user needs.
Champion innovation byidentifyingopportunities for new features, integrations, or process improvements that drive business value.
Requirements & Documentation Management
Lead the gathering, analysis, and prioritization of business and technical requirements from diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
Maintain comprehensive documentation covering system architecture, security, compliance, and operational processes, ensuring accessibility and audit readiness.
Project & Delivery Management
Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP Fieldglass solutions, including integration, deployment, upgrades, and enhancements.
Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones and budgets.
Manage all system changes by following the Haleon Change Management procedure, ensuring traceability for auditors on any system changes made
Coordinateacrossfunctional teams (Tech, HR, Procurement, Finance, external vendors) to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
StakeholderandVendormanagement
Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate product changes, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including performance monitoring and escalation of service issues.
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
Compliance, Risk & Security
Ensure robust compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g.,SOx, GDPR), internal policies, and industry standards.
Embed risk management practices into product operations, including regular risk assessments, mitigation planning, and auditpreparation andsupport.
Ensureourcontrolsoperateeffectively andthatany control or audit findings are remediated as per agreed timelines
Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans for critical applications.
Continuous Improvement
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Fieldglass, providing guidance and support to end users,stakeholdersand Tech colleagues.
Lead user adoption initiatives, including training, communication, and support forcontinuous improvement suchas automation,newfeaturesor process changes.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum8+ years’ experience with SAP Fieldglass, including configuration, integration, and administration.
Experience with SAP Fieldglass modules such as Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Worker Profile Management.
Deep understanding ofContingentWorkforce management,VendorManagement systems (VMS), andExternalWorkforce processes.
Experienceof workingwithcomplianceand control frameworks,andof preparing for andsupportingapplicationaudits (internal and external)
Proventrack recordinSaaSproduct management, solution design, and delivery, ideally in a global or multi-country environment.
Familiarity with integration to core HR and procurement systems (e.g., Workday, SAP ECC/S4HANA).
Experience working withand managingthird-party service providersand software vendors
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
SAP Fieldglass certification and/or SAP Finance-related certifications are a plus.
Experienceofdesigningand/or operatingSOxcontrolsarea plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with data analytics, SQL, and reporting tools.
Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives.
Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
