About the role
Support Oversight & Process Strategy Director in:
Driving process excellence and strategy for R&D Enterprise Platform
Setting up and maintaining process excellence strategy to ensure that the company is compliance with appropriate regulations worldwide
Ensuring oversight of process excellence as well as global QPPV oversight
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development and maintenance of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) on Process Strategy to develop expertise within the organization and ensure standardization and consistency in process development and design.
Provide technical and operational support/advice to Process Owner(s) & Subject Matter Expert(s) to develop and maintain fit-for-purpose, efficient and end-to-end processes.
Lead initiative in collaboration with matrix organization to design processes (e.g., through process mapping and/or DAIP matrix exercise) whilst ensuring governance requirements are adequately incorporated into relevant processes/procedures and written standards.
Advice and enable fit-for-purpose approaches, risk/gap identification and associated mitigation activities/initiative for continuous improvement of business processes for R&D Enterprise Platform,
Lead strategic discussion to ensure compliance and appropriate documentation are in place in context of business process changes.
Influence regulators & others relevant bodies through representation on trade organizations and participation in benchmarking with other Consumer Healthcare/pharmaceutical companies.
Drive oversight of process excellence and strategy by leadership team including, but not limited to, QPPV and Oversight & Process Strategy Director
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
Knowledge in Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Development legislations and understanding of the key interfaces such as Regulatory.
Knowledge of non-medicinal vigilance (cosmetovigilance, materiovigilance and nutrivigilance), Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs regulations, guidelines, guidance and best practices is a plus.
Good knowledge of governance requirements and systems
Strong project set-up and management skills working across the department and across the organization.
Ability to drive process strategy and improvement initiatives.
A highly collaborative approach to work is essential.
Able to adjust behaviors and priorities based on changing environment effectively and to meet multiple deadlines successfully with attention to detail, setting high performance standards for quality.
