About the role Are you looking for a global role to accelerate your growth and development? We have an exciting opportunity for you to explore. You’ll be part of the Global Financial Services team and primarily focused on managing and optimising reporting in our organisation. You will identify a vision and prioritise objectives that support our Haleon finance function on our journey to World Class. Key responsibilities Provide support, as needed, to the company separation project by executing tests and validating scenarios. Act as the Tax focal point for other separation-project stakeholders. Actively participate in defining commercial routes in line with tax-related requirements. Provide regular separation-project updates to Tax leadership/management. Extract data required to manage and prepare tax returns. Prepare, review, and file tax returns. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect legal updates, process changes, and the inclusion of special situations or scenarios. Develop an understanding of GSK financial processes and a practical knowledge of the business. Ensure compliance with all accounting activities. Support transactional activities and reporting for government, tax, or external audits (TDT) and information requests. Qualifications and skills Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years’ experience in finance business partnering. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience with Accounting Analyst or Finance processes in Brazil. Atuar como ponto focal de Tax para outros stakeholders envolvidos no projeto de separação. Participar ativamente da definição dos fluxos comerciais, garantindo alinhamento com os requisitos fiscais. Fornecer atualizações frequentes sobre o projeto de separação para a liderança de Tax. Extrair os dados necessários para gestão e preparação de declarações fiscais. Preparar, revisar e submeter declarações fiscais. Criar e manter Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (SOPs), refletindo atualizações legais, mudanças de processo e inclusão de situações ou cenários específicos. Desenvolver entendimento dos processos financeiros da GSK e adquirir conhecimento prático do negócio. Garantir conformidade em todas as atividades contábeis. Apoiar atividades transacionais e relatórios relacionados a auditorias governamentais, fiscais ou externas (TDT), bem como atender a solicitações de informações. Qualificações e Habilidades Graduação em Finanças, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas (ou experiência equivalente). Experiência em business partnering financeiro. Conhecimento avançado em Microsoft Office.
