KeyResponsibilities FinancialReporting&Analysis Prepare,review, andanalyzefinancialstatementsandbalancesheetdataforlegalentities. Supportmonthlyfinancialreportingforseniormanagement andboard-levelreview. Deliverfinancialmetrics,dashboards, and performanceinsightsacrossthebusiness. Reporting&ProcessImprovement Maintainandenhancereportingtemplatesandsupportcontinuousimprovementofreportingprocesses. Coordinatethepreparation anddistributionofinternalfinancialandcross-functionalreports. Consolidation&Compliance Supporttheconsolidationofsubsidiaryfinancialstatementsandrelatedreportingactivities. Monitor accountingregulationsanddisclosurerequirements, andprovidetechnicalaccountingsupportinternally. Assistwithdatamanagement,externalfilings, andtechnicalaccountinganalysis. BusinessPartnership& GlobalSupport Providefinancialguidanceandstrategicsupporttohelpachievebusinessobjectives. SupportglobaloperationswithacurrentprimaryfocusontheEMEAregion. Performadditionalad hocdutiesasneeded. Education andExperience Bachelor’sdegreein Accounting,Finance,orarelatedfield. Relevantprofessionalexperiencein finance,controlling, accounting,orfinancialreporting. Experiencein a manufacturingenvironment is essential for this role Exposuretomultinationalorinternationalbusinessoperations is a plus. Ability to communicate in English with the external and internal stakeholders SkillsandKnowledge Strongknowledgeof U.S. GAAP, IFRS, andfinancialstatementanalysis. Excellentanalyticalandtechnicalaccountingskills. Confidentcommunicationandstakeholder-managementskills,withstrongwrittenandverbalproficiency. Strongproblem-solvingmindsetandtheabilitytoworkindependently. Provenabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmeetdeadlinesin afast-pacedenvironment. Highlevelofaccuracy,attentiontodetail, andownership.
