KeyResponsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support viaphone, email, chat, and in-personinteractions(communicateorder details including pricing and shipping timeline and provide updates on claims,investigationsand adjustments.)
Be part of managingcustomer accountsandmaintainaccuraterecords of inquiries, complaints, and interactions
Processordersforneworadditionalproductsandserviceswithprecision
Collaboratecloselywithinsideandoutsidesalesteamstosupportbusinessobjectives
Maintainand updatecustomerfiles,ensuringaccuratedataentryanddocumentation
Handleescalatedcustomerissuesandresolvecomplexcasesorroutethemtosubjectmatterexperts
Experience& Education
Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired
Experience in customer service, order managementispreferred
Skills&Knowledge
Strongverbal and written communication skillswith a customer-first mindsetinTurkish and Englishalike
Aptitude to gain in-depthunderstandingofproductsortheabilitytoquicklylearnandadapt
Proficiencyin standard computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly,experience in SAPor equivalent integrated financial systems
Excellentorganizationalskillswithhighattentiontodetail
Proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Problem-solvingmindsetwiththeabilitytohandlecomplexcustomerneedsprofessionally
