Guest Service Associate

Summary: Greenway Health is a family-owned, Michigan-based company that is heavily rooted in the communities it serves. They are seeking a Guest Service Associate who will be responsible for assisting guests with their grocery needs, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Bag guest groceries following Busch’s bagging procedures and guest requests - Determine carry out or drive up needs and assist guests in taking purchase to their vehicles - Assist guests with questions, purchases and locating product - Retrieve carts from parking lot - Maintain bottle return area - Clean and stock restrooms - Empty trash - Perform floor sweeps - Respond to and clean up spills and broken merchandise - Return items left behind to their proper location - Stock bags on lanes - Miscellaneous cleaning functions as assigned - Adhere to all Busch’s policies, practices and procedures - Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates - Exemplify key concepts of hospitality when interacting with guests Required Qualifications: - No education or previous experience is necessary - Proficient communication skills, including written, verbal and listening skills - Proficient cleaning abilities to meet visual standards Required Skills: Cleaning Benefits: Employee discounts, Medical benefits including dental and optical, 401K with company match (restrictions apply), Tuition reimbursement for qualifying students
