Recruiting Intern

Summary: Grangou is a social dining app designed to foster intentional connections through shared meals. They are seeking a Recruiting Intern to source and recruit sales representatives, screen applicants, and manage job listings while working directly with the COO and CEO. Responsibilities: - Source and recruit sales reps (GTM interns, SDRs, AEs) - Screen applicants and run first-round outreach conversations - Post and manage job listings across Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms - Support recruiting for marketing, ambassador, and other open roles as we scale - Work directly with our COO and CEO to understand what we need and who fits Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated - Obsessed with people. You can spot someone who'll crush it from a 10-minute conversation - Organized and self-directed. You don't wait to be told what to do - Comfortable with outreach (DMs, emails, cold messages, whatever it takes) - Interested in startups, sales, or people operations as a career path Preferred Qualifications: - Based in or near Los Angeles preferred, but strong candidates anywhere in the United States will be considered Required Skills: Recruiting, Applicant Screening, Job Listing Management, Outreach, Self-direction
