Recruit, retain, motivate & develop a client-facing and high-performing sales team. Deliver against ambitious revenue & product targets, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market. Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop strategic plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent CRM tracking.
