Reverse Supply Chain Program Manager, Global Supply Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial Operations

Be responsible for operational management of reverse supply chain processes such as decommissioning of network gear and replacement of damaged or faulty parts in the network. Drive operational metrics and KPI performance. Conduct root cause analysis and close performance gaps. Be responsible for defining the business requirements and contribute to developing both systems and tools that enable reverse supply chain operational effectiveness. Collaborate effectively with the internal and external partners supporting the reverse supply chain operational activities. Support development and implement end-to-end reverse supply chain processes that scale to support the volume growth and in different locations globally.
