Responsible AI Program Manager, Google Public Sector

Lead the day-to-day operations and policy review process for responsible AI. Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of Responsible AI requirements across internal stakeholders including Legal, Sales, and Technology teams. Partner with Sales teams to integrate Responsible AI practices into the sales pipeline and foster a culture of compliance while implementing comprehensive AI training. Capture governance artifacts and metadata in enterprise systems of record to maintain traceability and audit readiness. Prepare clear, executive-ready reporting on compliance status, risk posture, and business outcomes.
