Global Civics Partnerships Lead, YouTube

Manage a team of high-performing Partner Managers through coaching and development, project oversight and cultivation of external partner relationships. Lead and execute the strategy for the global Civics vertical by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a goal, tactics and measurable outcomes. Oversee daily operations, including sensitive and high-stakes engagements, with a focus on synthesizing multiple viewpoints, driving towards consensus across stakeholders and managing internal and external communications. Develop and execute initiatives to foster YouTube adoption and understanding with civic entities, with a focus on optimizing for impact, measuring success and constantly improving internal processes, communication levers, and tracking systems.
