Manage and scale a regional team of data analytics, specialty sales leaders. Lead across broader Google Cloud teams to drive demand, and provide guidance to marketing and partnership organizations to develop campaigns and go-to-market plans. Develop strategies to accelerate the business cycle in a fast-paced environment. Build and maintain relationships internally and externally to influence long-term strategic direction. Act as an advisor to the customer. Recruit talent and coach the team with a focus on providing actionable, forthright feedback. Produce leadership for Google Cloud and develop a team that embodies customer empathy. Create and drive innovative programs focused on achieving growth at Google scale. Meet with customers/prospects and participate directly in the key agreements and accounts.
