Advise merchants across a selected market on their Shopping campaign strategy while managing a dedicated client portfolio applying best practice for portfolio management and consistent service levels. Develop and maintain Shopping Ads and Merchant Center product suite. Deliver against key operational Key Performance Indicator (KPIs). Apply customer-facing best practices to engage with merchants and agencies to understand their priorities and manage expectations. Help selected merchants grow their Return on Investment (ROI) and investment in Shopping Ads through product expertise and optimization recommendations.
