Job Description
Summary: Global Standard, Inc is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional, face-to-face support and solutions to a diverse client base, fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information
- Assist clients with account management, including data entry and updating customer records accurately using Microsoft Office tools
- Follow up with customers in person regarding requests, feedback, or new products and services when applicable
- Maintain professional, face-to-face communication to ensure each customer feels valued and understood
- Collaborate closely with on-site team members and supervisors to share insights, improve service processes, and meet client needs effectively
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends or areas for improvement in service delivery
Required Qualifications:
