Job Description
Summary: George P Johnson Experience Marketing is a leader in experiential marketing, and they are seeking a Housing Coordinator to support the Housing team in managing hotel group reservations for events. This role involves administrative and project management tasks, requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary support for the Housing team lead(s) assigned to our client’s program
- Manage multiple tasks, which are administrative and project management in nature
- Serve as the right-hand person to the Housing lead, ensuring the success of the program
- Prioritize tasks efficiently and accurately
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in hotel group reservations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Highly proficient navigating web based applications to manage housing programs efficiently
- Recent graduate to 1 year of experience in hospitality, event management, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and event management software
