Your Role As a SummerBusinessOperationsIntern at Gensler, you will join our creative studio environment for a full-time, paidinternship opportunity. This is a full-time program running from June 16 through August 7th, 2026.You must be available for the entire duration of the program. What You Will Do Work within our Shared Services Studio as a fully collaborative member of the team,participatingin all aspects of the operations business such as HR, IT,Marketingand Executive Communications. Receive hands-on learning and collaborate with designers, architects, directors, and managers to gain real-world experience working within an architecture practice. Enjoy the rich culture of our office and firm through educational sessions and mentorship opportunities that include lunch-and-learns, lectures, projecttoursand vendor presentations. Your Qualifications You are currently enrolled in aBachelor’sorMaster'sDegreein HR, Business Management,InternationalBusinessStudies,orsimilar. Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel, Work,andOutlook.
